Rachel has been a Family Navigator with the Carroll Regional Center for 10 years and also serves as an Early ACCESS Service Coordinator. She is married with 3 children and came to this work shortly after her daughter was born prematurely and was referred to CHSC. Rachel is passionate about empowering parents to advocate for change in their schools, communities, and with law makers to enrich the lives of individuals with disabilities.
