Iowa MCH Block Grant Needs Assessment

Introduction

The Title V Block Grant is a Federal program that focuses on improving the health of all mothers and children. In Iowa, this program is administered by the Iowa Department of Public Health and the University of Iowa Division of Child and Community Health. Every five years, this program completes a needs assessment to get input from Iowans about the greatest health needs and challenges for Iowa families.
